Day 1: PARMA, FONTANELLATO
Arrival in Italy and transfer to the area of Parma, famous all over the world for the production of the typical Ham, named Parma Ham.
The first day will be dedicated to a nice experience, the discovery of the labyrinth in Fontanellato. A fantastic place created by a publisher named Franco Maria Ricci. It is the largest existing labyrinth, composed entirely of bamboo plants (in total there are about 200 thousand), between 30 centimeters and 15 meters high, belonging to twenty different species.
A maze to enter in and get lost, to fantasize and reflect. Beside the labirith there is more to see; the publisher FM Ricci was also an art lover and collector and there are always very interesting art exhibitions in the main building!
Furthermore, Fontanellato itself is a very charming borgo with a fortress that dates back to the XII century and a very interesting museum. The most precious jewel of the fortress, however, is the "Saletta di Diana e Atteone" frescoed by Francesco Mazzola, known as Parmigianino.

Day 2: PARMA, TORRECHIARA
Breakfast and departure for a new exciting adventure, the visit to the castle of Torrechiara. Such a long and amazing history in this castle dating back to the XIV century.
It is located in the countryside of Parma. It has been createdd by Count Pier Maria II de 'Rossi as a powerful defensive structure and elegant love nest for himself and his lover Bianca Pellegrini; it is considered one of the most remarkable, scenographic and best preserved castles of Italy.
In the afternoon visit to a local ham factory where you will have the chance of discovering all secrets of the Parma ham and tasting the best production.
Day 3: from PARMA to MANTOVA
Today it is time to move to one of the most amazing of Italian towns, Mantova, a bit off the Via Emilia but it really worth a 2-days detour for discovering the richness of its beauty and its history.
Mantova is the city of Gonzaga lordship family and also the Mantegna and of the Mincio. With 3 lakes and 1 river Mantova is made of water, doms, frescos and a theatre, inaugurated by jung Mozart. History, art, atmosphere.
Meeting with our guide for visiting Palazzo Ducale and Palazzo Te and the city center.
In the afternoon river cruise on the Mincio and 2 lakes; time at leisure for a nice walk along the river or a bike ride for discovering the real soul of this magic place. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 4: SABBIONETA
After breakfast departure from Modena to Sabbioneta, the “ideal town”.
Protected by Unesco together with Mantova, Sabbioneta is one of the most beautiful ideal cities. Commissioned by Vespasiano Gonzaga in 1555 Sabbioneta represents a perfect example of the application of Renaissance theories on how an ideal city should be designed.

Day 5: from MONTOVA to MODENA
Breakfast and departure to Modena. Modena is another precious gem of Italy famous all over the world for the Ferrari car, Pavarotti and for the Vinegar.
First stop will be the visit to Modena center and the House-museum of Pavarotti. This is the Maestro Pavarotti built to welcome friends, teach young singers and enjoy family life. Here you will discover his private collection of memorabilia, sumptuous costumes and awards collected during his long career.
Every inch of this home reflects the vibrant personality of Maestro Pavarotti and it house photos, paintings and beloved letters from friends like Frank Sinatra, Bono and Princess Diana. But it is the everyday objects he loved to surround himself with that reveal the man behind the scenes.
Later, visit to another highlight of Modena, the Acetaia based in a Liberty Villa where also Fellini has worked for his movies! The family will lead you during the visit to the Villa and to the Acetia and will share with you the precious product of their love, the Modena Vinegar.
The afternoon is dedicated to the visit of the Ferrari Museum iwhere you will immerse yourself in the legend of Ferrari car and car races. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 6: from MODENA to BOLOGNA
Another exciting day is waiting for you here in Emilia Romagna. Now it is time to move to the capital city of this Region, Bologna, named “the learned” because the first world university was born here, and also “the fat” because of the delicious food that was born here: mortadella, tortellini, lasagna, cannelloni and much more.
Meeting with our guide to discover the amazing historical center of the town. Lunch in a local traditional restaurant with typical menu.
In the afternoon transfer to Dozza, a charming little town in the area of Bologna that is considered one of the most beautuiful little towns in Italy. Dozza is an open-air art gallery, the most colorful medieval village ever seen because the walls of the houses that overlook its alleys are canvases in the open, in which spectacular works of art have been painted. Strolling through its narrow streets will fill your eyes with pure beauty.
Beside the open-air exhibition there is the Rocca Sforzesca, a majestic medieval fortress built in perfect harmony with the context in which it is located; its origins date back to the 12th century. Time for discovering the alleys and the museum of this surprising little town. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 7: From BOLOGNA to RIMINI
Driving on the Via Emilia eastbound we finally geta t the last station of this journey, Rimini on the Adriatic Coast.
There is a lot to experience in Rimini but we just would like to show you a not so common itinerary to impress you with another side of the this town, the Rimini of Fellini.
A nice itinerary will take you to the theatre Cinema Fulgor, the grand Hotel and the cemetery where Maestro Pomodoro dedicated La Grande Prua to Fellini and Giulietta Masina.
Final visit is to CASA FELLINI, the museum.
Day 8: DEPARTURE
Departure after breakfast or extension of the stay.
